Corporate Narrative Capability
Most organisations don’t lack strategy, ambition or brilliant ideas. What they often lack is the ability to tell those ideas so convincingly that people understand, remember and act on them. Storytelling is not just a communication technique. It is a strategic leadership capability.
Why storytelling is one of leadership’s most underestimated superpowers
In this practical and inspiring session, Stefaan takes us behind the scenes of powerful corporate storytelling. Why are our brains so receptive to stories? What makes them so persuasive? And how can leaders use these principles to engage employees, inspire customers, convince investors and rally everyone around a shared ambition?
Through surprising insights, real business cases and hands-on techniques, you will see how to make complex ideas accessible, bring strategy to life and turn inspiration into action. You leave not only with a fresh perspective, but with a practical toolkit to strengthen your own narrative capability, and that of your organisation.
